Use Policy

The behaviour we expect from creators and brands on Altibix. Trust is the product; this is the rulebook that keeps it that way. Violating any of these can result in suspension or termination.

Effective 2026 · MAY · 24Forms part of the Terms of Service
One sentence. Don't lie about your audience, don't push content you wouldn't want associated with your real name, and don't try to take the workflow off-platform to dodge fees. We catch most of this automatically; the rest we catch via reports from people like you.

01The spirit of the policy

This policy is not about gotchas. It's about preserving the trust that makes Altibix work — for creators who depend on the platform to make a living, and for brands who depend on it to spend marketing budget responsibly. When in doubt, the test is: would I be comfortable if this were published in a screenshot tomorrow?

02Prohibited content

The following content categories are not permitted in any creator-brand collaboration on Altibix, regardless of the platform of delivery:

  • Anything illegal in the creator's or brand's primary jurisdiction.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or targeted discrimination on the basis of identity.
  • Promotion of unregulated medicines, supplements, or pharmaceuticals making medical claims.
  • Gambling promotion in jurisdictions where unlicensed.
  • Crypto, NFT, or financial-instrument promotion without the legally required disclaimers.
  • Misleading or fabricated product claims, including AI-generated content presented as real testimony.

03Prohibited behaviour

  • Off-platform circumvention. Initiating a collaboration on Altibix and then settling payment off-platform to avoid the Platform Fee — applies to both sides.
  • Identity misrepresentation. Operating an account under a name, organisation, or persona other than the verified one.
  • Coordinated inauthentic behaviour. Engagement pods, follow-trains, or any orchestrated activity that misrepresents organic reception.
  • Scraping & reverse engineering. Automated harvesting of creator profiles, briefs, or rate data.
  • Solicitation outside scope. Using Altibix DMs to recruit, solicit personal information, or pitch unrelated services.

04Audience integrity (creators)

Creators must not buy followers, engagement, or impressions on any linked platform, including through "growth services" that operate via mass follow/unfollow, comment bots, or click farms. Our audience-quality audit runs at onboarding and continuously; flagged accounts are notified, given 30 days to remediate, and removed if no remediation occurs.

05Brand-safety standards (brands)

Brands must not require creators to make claims that violate the law of the markets the content will appear in. Specifically: ASCI guidelines in India, FTC guidelines in the US, EU advertising directives, and the platform-specific community standards of IG/YT/X/TikTok. Creators have the right to refuse non-compliant briefs without penalty.

06Disclosure rules

Every paid partnership facilitated through Altibix must be clearly disclosed in the published content, using either the platform's native paid-partnership tag or, in its absence, a #ad / #paid hashtag and clear written language ("paid partnership with…"). We will not release escrow on deliveries that fail this requirement.

07Reporting violations

Spotted something off? Use the in-app "Report" button on any profile, brief, or message — it routes to our Trust desk. Or email info@altibix.com. We treat reports confidentially and do not share the reporter's identity with the reported party.

08Enforcement & appeals

Depending on severity, we may: (a) issue a warning; (b) restrict specific features; (c) suspend the account pending review; or (d) terminate the account. Severe or repeat violations may also be reported to relevant platforms or authorities.

You may appeal any enforcement action by emailing info@altibix.com within 30 days. An independent reviewer (not the original decision-maker) responds within 10 business days.
